Season’s greetings, friends!
You’ve all been very patient while we’ve gotten a new batch of tunes together, and we sincerely appreciate it. Our first in a series of 7″ singles for Fin Records – “Listen Up (If the World is Going to Hell)” – won’t be out until February, but in the meantime, we’d like to reward your loyalty with a brand-new track from our summer sessions with Johnny Sangster, a farewell to the particularly unsavory southeast Missouri town of Poplar Bluff:
For a limited time, we’re allowing you, our faithful friends and fans, to name your price for this exclusive download, available only on Bandcamp. If you enjoy this song, we only ask that you share the link on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, or your social network of choice, and help us spread the word about our upcoming singles. (Of course, if you’re feeling generous and would like to help us record more songs by kicking in a buck or two, we will gratefully accept your assistance.)
We’re currently hard at work booking a slew of shows for the new year, so please stay tuned. In the meantime, enjoy “Poplar Bluff,” and please tell your friends!
Your humble songsmiths,
RJM
