We were all shocked and devastated to learn of the sudden passing of our hero Alex Chilton. There’s no single person who’s done more to shape my musical life, and this band would not exist if it weren’t for his towering influence. Our sincerest condolences are extended to our friend and collaborator Ken Stringfellow and all of Alex’s friends and family.

We’ll do our best to pay tribute this Saturday, March 20 at the Sunset Tavern. It’s an early show (7-9pm), with our good friend from Boise, Thomas Paul. Cover is $6. Thomas has hosted us many times in Boise, and we’re looking forward to returning the favor — join us in welcoming him to our fair city.
