this Friday, 7/31 with Alejandro Escovedo
July 28th, 2009
I know we said we weren’t playing any more local shows until our CD release in October, but this one came along and was just too good to pass up. So you Seattle folks get one more chance to see us before the weather sucks again!
Red Jacket Mine is honored and delighted to open for Texan singer/songwriter Alejandro Escovedo and his band this Friday, July 31 at the Crocodile.
Sorry for the short notice, but we just found out, too! You do not want to miss this show, though – Alejandro is a living legend, and this promises to be a very special night of music.
RJM kicks things off with an hour of good-time favorites at 9pm. Advance tickets are highly recommended.
For all our Seattle pals, this show also marks your last chance to get a FREE copy (digital or physical) of the first single from Lovers Lookout, “The Pose.” We’ll be handing them out at the merch table with every purchase or mailing list sign-up. Get ‘em while they’re hot!
See you there,
RJM
