Lookout, lovers. Your devoted suitors in Red Jacket Mine have a couple of very special engagements coming up that are sure to melt your heart.

First, we’re very excited to return to Portland, Oregon, this Saturday, February 7. We’re opening a very special show at Holocene (1001 SE Morrison) featuring local lads The Dimes, plus Casey Neill & the Norway Rats and Giantess. If you count yourself among our many friends in PDX, we hope to see you there!

Next Friday, February 13, we’re playing our first-ever show at Capitol Hill’s legendary Comet Tavern. Boys-about-town Massy Ferguson will headline, and locals The Banyans and PDX warriors Power of County open the show. RJM plays the penultimate slot, around 11pm.

We’d love to see you at one (or both) of these shows. We’ll be hawking red roses and Whitman’s samplers at the merch table, along with the usual CDs & t-shirts, so you can knock back a couple of drinks and relax.
