2009 – year of the mine

January 18th, 2009

We’re currently resting up for a flurry of Northwest shows, starting this Wednesday, January 21 at the Sunset Tavern, where we’ll open for our old friend Robert Roth and our new pals from NYC, Paramount Styles.

We’ll follow that up with weekend stops at Anacortes’ Brown Lantern (also with Paramount Styles) and Bellingham’s Rogue Hero (with Lost Dogma & the Tread Abraham). The weeks to come will bring more shows in Seattle, Portland, and beyond.

2009 is shaping up to be Red Jacket Mine’s best year yet, and we look forward to bringing you more great music (our forthcoming album Lovers Lookout, for instance) and more great shows than ever before. We’re just itching to make it to a stage near you, wherever you are.

Until then, keep an eye on the Shows page and an ear to the ground. Thanks, as always, for listening. See you somewhere down the road!
